Jackie Samways
Medical tattooing is emotionally rewarding. I love assisting hospitals and clinics to improve their services, on behalf of Finishing Touches.
My background is in education and training and I have a passion for learning and teaching.
I endeavour to keep my skills and knowledge up to date by regularly attending seminars and workshops. I became a trainer for Finishing Touches in 2007 & I find it so rewarding watching trainees develop into fully assessed technicians. I love being a mentor and giving support.
My objective is to help clients make the best of themselves. Also to give back the confidence that may have been taken away from them by accident or nature. Or simply just to make them look younger with a great set of eyebrows, or enhanced lips or eyes accentuated with eyeliner.
Hayley Finch
Hi I am Hayley and the newest member of the Finishing Touches Training Team. I was asked to join the team at the end of 2018 and am very proud to say that I hit 2019 specialising in teaching Bespoke Blading & (Plasma Elite Skin Tightening)
I am ambitious & driven so I continually strive to advance my own skills in Nanoblading with workshops and training. I aim to lead from the front, sharing my experience and knowledge with my trainees. There is no greater reward than to witness the rise of some fantastic new technicians from the hands of myself and my FTG Team members. I aim to provide the best training and support to all of my students so that they can also achieve their goals, and I am always happy to put in the hard work and extra hours in order to do so.
Emma Furlong
For over 13 years I have worked within the hair-loss industry, gaining invaluable experience on the management team for a global alternative hair provider, with my own aesthetic company and as an international trainer for Finishing Touches Group Ltd. I have repeatedly witnessed first-hand the life changing benefit someone can receive from aesthetic treatments, most notably hair loss solutions and rejuvenation treatments and I am passionate about providing a service to those in need.
To facilitate this, I trained in SPMU with Finishing Touches Group Ltd, back in 2011, and have progressed my skills and knowledge with regular training courses within the aesthetic field ever since, including my now specialist field of Scalp Micropigmentation and Scalp Infusions.
My desire to help, industry knowledge and my love of micropigmentation in its many forms has recently led me to work alongside industry bodies and I am proud to be part of the SMP Training programme at FTG. It is so rewarding for me to be able to use my skills to offer natural enhancements to those seeking a solution.
“Scalp Micro Procedures are one of the most exciting innovations in the hair-loss industry, offering an effective solution to those suffering with hair-loss.”

Kat Cornish
I initially trained in Micropigmentation in 2009 and can honestly say I found my absolute passion that I’m very lucky to have made my career. I enjoy all aspects of Cosmetic Micropigmentation Eyebrows Lips and Eyeliner equally but would say Eyebrows are my most popular treatment and I love learning the evolving techniques and styles in our ever progressing industry. 2 years ago I trained in Scalp Micropigmentation and have found another outlet for my creativity which is equally as satisfying.
I have been a Cosmetic trainer for finishing touches for the last 3 years and this has been the most wonderful journey. To meet all of the wonderful students starting out and be a part of their beginning, to be able to share my skills, offer ongoing support and watch as their own careers grow has only enriched my own experience. I’m very proud to be part of the ftg team as I initially trained with them myself and adore them as a company.
Last year I opened my own premises The Aesthetics Lounge Bristol with my fellow business partner, we have 4 Micropigmentation technicians all ftg trained working from our busy clinic.
I absolutely love the industry I work within and believe in making good connections with the many positive and supportive people within it has been key.
